A user-centric website design was created to enhance customer engagement and performance. User research and feedback informed key design decisions, ensuring that the website met the needs and preferences of the target audience.
A data-driven approach was adopted to identify and rectify any bottlenecks in the conversion funnel. A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and usability testing is continuously conducted to optimise calls-to-action, forms, and other conversion-oriented elements.
Reusable blocks/components were carefully designed to ensure consistent styling and branding across the website. This enabled a streamlined development process and provided the business with the ability to easily update and scale among team members.
