This visually engaging ecommerce website was created to enhance the brands’ DX and launch of bodycare range. We focussed on optimising the full experience across multiple different devices to ensure a seamless shopping experience across various platforms for a omni-channel CX.
Enhanced cart and checkout functionality was visualised and built to streamline the CX through to final purchase to ensure a positive ecommerce experience and increased conversion.
The website’s performance was also a key focus area, where we aimed to minimise page load times and enhance overall responsiveness. This involved optimising code, compressing images, leveraging caching techniques, and utilising content delivery networks (CDNs) to ensure a swift and seamless browsing experience for users across different devices and network conditions.
The IA was restructured and streamlined to support the launch of the new sub-brand for Bodycare which co-exists with the existing Self-tan product range. The development strategy was crucial to ensure both sub-brands were shoppable within the same commerce solution whilst creating separate sub-brand identities on a single DX platform.
